FetishAffiliates.com affiliate program agreement terms and conditions

The following contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to an individual's or entity's participation in the FetishAffiliates.com Affiliate Program from now on known as the ("Program"). For the following, "We" or "Us" means FetishAffiliates.com. "You" means the affiliate, "Site" means your World Wide Web site or URL, and, depending on the context, referring to the WWW, or to the site that you will link to our program.

In order to participate in the program and receive your payment you must follow, comply, and agree to all of the terms and conditions of this agreement. All Terms and Conditions must be abided by and are legally binding. You must use only the exact linking code provided to you by the program in order to receive your payment. You may post as many links, banners or ads as you wish and you may post them on as many of your sites as you wish. Any program participants found advertising our sites on types of sites that are unacceptable will be terminated without pay. Unacceptable sites are sites depicting Child Pornography, Bestiality, Rape, Acts of Violence, or any unlawful material.

Commissions are paid as follows: For the total new sales that are recorded as being referred by your account, you will receive a commission of fifty percent (50%) of the adjusted net profits for that pay period. Adjusted net profit is defined as the total sum of new orders and recurring orders less processing fees done by CCBill.

By participating in the program you agree to take full responsibility for the content and the lawful use of your website. We reserve the right to deny any prospective webmaster's admittance into the program based on the content of their website for any reason. We have zero tolerance for "spamming" (the act of sending unsolicited bulk e-mail and posting to newsgroups). No spamming is allowed. Any income or payment due to program participants derived from spamming will be stopped and the account will be terminated.

In order to enter this agreement and participate in the program you must be 18 or 21 years of age, depending on your legal jurisdiction and that there are no outstanding orders, judgments, or other rules and regulations that would not allow you from entering this agreement.

You agree to indemnify us against any loss, damage or liability, which result from the use of any materials such as banners and artwork authorized by this agreement. We reserve the right to terminate this agreement at any time, for any reason without advance notification. If this occurs, we will notify you by e-mail immediately and will pay you for all commissions achieved to that point in time, except in cases where we found that you violated this agreement in any manner. Upon termination of your account with the program you must immediately remove all of our banners and links from your site (s).

Only one (1) account may be opened per entity. You may also use the same account on more than one website. We grant no assurances of any sort, with regard to the performance of the banners, links, and the content of our website (s) listed with the program. We will not be held liable to the program participants for any losses, injuries, or damages of any kind originating from or in connection with any mistakes, deletions, delays, interruptions in the transmission or reception of services or content.

We will issue checks once a week. All checks are shipped within five days of the closing of the current pay period. Amounts under $25.00 for that current pay period will be carried over to the next pay period and will continue to accumulate until you make over $25.00. This amount will be payable in the period when your total payout is greater than $25.00. All Checks will be paid in U.S. Dollars. You must notify us in advance of any changes to your account's payment information. You are required to enter a Federal Tax ID or Social Security number in the signup form. We reserve the right to change the payout percentage with a notice posted on www.fetishaffiliates.com
